Why Doesn't CMW Offer a Transferable Warranty?

Why doesn't Classic Motorworks Ltd offer a transferable warranty on new Royal Enfield motorcycles like other motorcycle brands do?  A transferable warranty would likely boost new Royal Enfield sales and also help owners of late model Royal Enfields to sell their used bikes.

We don't dictate the terms of the warranty. When the UCE engines came out RE doubled the length of the warranty from one year to two years.

Many dealers offer extended warranties which are normally transferable. We don't sell those ourselves as they are often times looked at as insurance products in many states. This requires all sorts of licensing etc. Most if not all extended warranty programs are offered by third parties even if they are branded.
