The service at the store has been really great. I've had four or five orders that were handled very well.
However, I did have one order for a variety of decals that I hadn't received after three weeks. I called and found that one of them was on back order and probably wouldn't be received for another three weeks. I was a bit miffed about not being informed of that. I canceled the back ordered one and it still took over a week to get here via UPS
I wish they would use the post office instead of the incredible slow UPS. None of the orders were received as quickly as they would have been sent by USPS

Their $3 TDC tool is $7+ extra in shipping. It could fit in a padded envelope and get here via USPS for a buck.

Shipping costs are high no matter what you use in my book..but UPS to here from there is much faster than the Snail Mail (USPS). And I generally don't have things crushed by the UPS folks..guess I've just been lucky. Maybe you guys should suggest to Kevin to go the flat rate route or give an option at checkout.

I actually requested Priority mail, once online and now on the phone and both times the package was shipped ups ground.
USPS Priority mail will always be faster than UPS Ground. Priority mail 1-3 days( no Sunday delivery). UPS ground 1-5
business days
. I also work for the Post Office and I don't want to support the competition.
