battery relocation tips/photos?

I want to relocate the battery on my 1999 Bullet 500. I know that i need to ditch the air box but i am a little confused as to what i should do with the oil catch can? do you just remove it and then have the breather tube dump out onto the chain? i see that there is a kit to re circulate the oil back into the engine, is that what most people do that relocate their battery?

Also, any tips on where i should relocate the coil to?

Jordan,
On a 1999 (which by the way have a good crankcase vent) you have 2 basic choices.

1. If you are environmentally minded get this recirculation kit. http://www.royalenfieldusa.com/breather-modification-never-lose-from-breather-again-p-223.html Be sure you order the one for the twist on oil cap. It is a well made kit and will work great on your bikes.

2. If you would prefer buy a rubber "duckbill" as seen here. http://www.royalenfieldusa.com/duckbill-breather-hose-pi-40.html?image=0 It attached on the end of the crankcase vent and you can vent it overboard onto the chain so that any oil vapor will fall on your chain and keep it lubed. Do not install a mere piece of hose as you need the one-way action of the duckbill.
