I Have always loved the look and classic style of the Enfield and have been thinking about buying one!But i'm a fairly big guy 6'3" 250lb  would it be a smart buy or should II just admire them for the classic they are ???

Yeah, do it. And i bet you wont have to change the rear springs.

tcwelsh, I'm not quite as tall as you, but I'm a portly 230#. I've  had my Bullet since 03 and she seems not to mind it much. ;)

   I'm 6' 240# and mine seems to like me even climbs pretty good hills with me without grunting, buy one you will like it

I'm 6' and 280lbs with long arms.  The bike carries me just fine.  You shouldn't have any trouble with it at all.
