Tool box lock conversion?

Has anyone put these on their bike?  What do you think.

My left hand factory lock has broken and I am leaning towards something more old school.   I would really like the flower nuts as seen here.

I am not aware of a way to make those work short of replacing the entire box as I think the lid needs to have a smaller hole to fit these.  I looked at Hitchcocks online but could not find anything.   Any suggestions?

My left hand toolbox has vibrated open several times.  I would be interested in what people thought of this lock conversion.
