Yes, we're going back to our previous KZ440's. The C5's get a lot of looks, but the rear brake lever routing and lack of folding foot pegs affected our ability to perform our maneuvers at their traditional speed. We had to slow down and couldn't make the hard tight turns to the right without modifying our riding style. I'm keeping mine for now for riding around town. The others are selling theirs due to longer freeway commutes and the bikes not fitting their preferred type of riding.
The muffler blue'd from running rich in the intial break in period.

We really liked the look of the bike, we loved the fuel injection, and the overall handling was really good with the exception of hard over right turns. We do a lot of quick 90's, 180's and 360's and when going to the right the brake pedal arm scraping the ground was frequently an issue. The lack of folding foot pegs was also a concern. Once you feel the peg hit you know you're at risk of levering your rear wheel off the ground and going down.
For street riding the concerns mentioned are not an issue and the bike is a lot of fun. If we could have mounted the 2009-2010 G5 brake arm it might have resolved our main issue due to the flatter design.
