I finally found the "perfect" background to shoot some pictures of my Electra. I found an old (restored) painted building sign advertising Battle Axe chewing tobacco: 10 cents a plug.
Building ads, and even tobacco ads in general are from about the same era as the Royal Enfield, so it seemed appropriate to shoot some photos in front of the sign.

Very cool pix Bob. That is a good setting. There's also one in the Members Rides gallery on the beach that's good. Thanks for sharing!

They are really cool looking pix.. I like that color on a bike, even one with an electric start..

Awesome! Those are gorgeous photos and that is a perfect backdrop for a vintage-styled bike.
