Yes.

Lots have added the cooler or spin-on filter at the rocker feed line.  (Out of engine, into cooler/filter, on to rocker boxes.)

Ace Performance Bullets (see their Yahoo group) may still be selling their cooler unit, or you can find them generic.

On a UCE Bullet?

The UCE Bullets don't lend themselves to adding a cooler or a separate oil filter.

With no external oil lines, the only place to pick up any oil would be at the temperature sensor and this would defeat the purpose of having it.
It would also greatly reduce the oil pressure that is needed to keep the hydraulic lifters pumped up and the pressure that is needed to lubricate the upper rocker arms/valves.
Then, there is the problem of getting the filtered or cooled oil back into the engine.
Sounds like a loose/loose situation.

A special cover to replace the existing oil filter cover could be designed to tap off the oil from the oil pump and conduct it out the side of the engine.
There, a connection could be made to divert the oil to the new filter/cooler and then back to another fitting on the cover which would deliver it to the engine.

This IMO would create a rather ugly cover that would stick out towards the riders right foot.

I haven't heard of anyone having oil coking problems or having other signs of their engines oil becoming too hot. 

I have heard many stories of oil that is too cool in Royal Enfields though.
The mayonnaise syndrome and clattering automatic compression releases in a cold engine come to mind.

Ideally, the engine oil will be in the 200-330 degree F. range and in my opinion, unless the bike is being raced hard there isn't much to be gained by adding a separate oil cooler.

Have you actually checked your oil temp? After one of the Bras reported a ridiculously low oil temp in another thread, something like 128 degrees (I think), in Alaska, I check mine on a 60 something degree day after a spirited ride and it was 181 degrees on the G5. I would suggest checking what your oil is actually running at before installing a cooler. The oil should run between 180F and 220F just to burn out all the contaminants, as in water, etc.
Running it too cool can be detrimental to engine life.
