In my experience with many different types of hacks (Urals, Yamaha 650/Velorex, old '75 Goldwing/Velorex, HD Nightster/Cozy) - this is a general rule for me:
Max (or near) pressure on the tires - all three.
And that is based on the manufacturer's max pressure on the sidewall.
The sidecar is a load on the bike - and as with any large load, to increase tire pressure is a good thing.
And that can be very different - my Cozy pressure is 33 psi - with the Metzler - but *not* so with the stock Indian tire that came with it - and now serves as the spare. (see

Well, it has to be mentioned that bike and riders differ as well as the toe and lean of the rig and tire type. All affect the ride of the hack. I have found the above pressures to work on my rig in that the machine turns well and tracks properly down the road with those pressures.
I usually keep the rear pretty hard as it is that tire that scrubs the most in turns etc. I also found the car to be too bouncy and unpleasant at 30 lbs.

Increased tire pressure to 30 front/rear, and 25 sidecar. Rode better with less wobble prior to installation of steering damper.
