I looked into them a while ago. They tend not to seat and sit well on a motorcycle tire, eventually flapping off. Maybe not so bad on a car but a really bad idea on a bike. From all I could read they're great if your bike just sits there but if you're going to ride it don't use them.

Yeah its either paint them, or run a mismatch set.
Coker carry 18's for stupid money, Avon venom are 19's
I think shinko do either or, but not both.
Vee rubber do18's too
