Think I'll plan on a brisk ride to shake down some of the turkey and fixins! Hope you all have a good one!

no ride for me..off to the gym for a workout and then have to get back and make the Cole slaw and a batch of Carmel apples made from brown sugar and condensed milk..They were a hit last year, so I thought I give them a try again...Its a nice time of the year so far and since 'Sandy' we only had a inch of rain , so its been drying out ...Think we still have a good month to get some riding....GM

Those apples sound good.
I found an easy and amazingly delicious apple turnover recipe I'll be making. Brown sugar, cinnamon, sliced up apples, pilsbury crescent rolls, butter, and mountain dew. Sounds really bizarre, I know, but trust me they are amazing. Coat the apple slices in sugar and cinnamon then wrap them up in the crescent dough, put them all in a pan and throw in butter cubes, then top with brown sugar, pour in a cup of mt dew, and bake.
