+1. You need extra vents from the tank and a charcoal canister to catch the fumes and recycle them later when the bike starts.

Yup, plus the different gas cap. Its an entiry different tank for a smaller market. I see how it's a pain.

But who says they won't put the Cali crap on all of them?
The bike in the picture is still preproduction.

Conspiricy theory!
Because the Cali tank and charcoal cannister costs more. Our bikes cost a bit more than 49 staters.

Anyone know if CMW will be at the Seattle show? The IMS site doesn't have an exhibitor list posted for Seattle yet.
Thanks,

Rumour is that Seattle is getting the hipster version with racing sidecar.

With the exception of the gap behind the seat it's a great looking bike. I would have preferred to see a verticle twin, but the bored out single stays consistent with the product line.

New issue of Cafe Racer magazine arrived yesterday -- guess what is on the cover! The new Royal Enfield Cafe Racer. Per the article there is going to be a ton of accessories available. Can't what to get my hands on one.

I was excited to see it on the cover of CR when mine arrived the other day. I'll be really excited to see it when it gets here in person. I believe my local dealer (also the Ducati dealer) is planning a big reveal party. I've attended these for several of the new model Ducatis and they've been great.
