Classic 500's throttle cable mod for Electra X? Suggestions please

This thought hit on me while having a drink!
Can we use the double cable throttle assembly of the C5 in Electra for crisper response?

Is it feasible with the stock BS29 carb?

I have seen many AVL500 riders using "Quick Throttle" in their bikes. I think they are siimilar.

Yep, I can get you the name of those brands. Many source it from delhi and they are dam cheap.
