I have acquired a 2001 Lightning , and it still has its Indian tyres on, which look like they are made of Plastic ! anyone know anything about them, and what if any are recommended for same, Many thanx Skuzzer.ps I hope this is the right place to ask this !!

It is a strange place to post this. It should be in the Classic bike category. As for the tires, I would dump them immediatley and get some Dunlop K70s or Pirelli MT66s. Got to be far better than the Lightnings. The Avons we get in the US are bad enough!
