How to become a dealer

I live about 40 miles north of LA (Santa Clarita Valley) and I think my area can support a new Royal Enfield dealership. Would anyone like to share their view on this subject?

Are you a dealer for any other motorcycle or scooter now? If you're looking at being an Enfield dealer alone, You'll not likely make it. Sales per dealership is pretty low. And there is a fair amount of competition in the area, 5 dealers between Ventura and San Bernadino.
