First of all,
thanks to everyone who participates in these discussions
to help us build an even better parts and accessories line for Royal Enfield motorcycles.
We really do enjoy hearing what everyone has to say and working with riders to offer the best of products possible, and I can honestly a say that's true of our whole team here.
That being said, I thought it would be a good idea to post a few "House Rules" to cut off some common problem areas that seem to haunt a lot of product forums on the internet.
If you've had a bad experience we
do
want to know about it but we also want to keep this area a
positive
and
productive
platform for
improving
our parts, products and accessories. Please don't use use this forum as a podium to flame and torch our products, process or personnel.
Remember, installation tips, instructions and advice in our forums is provided as a free service... and their probably worth exactly what you pay for it!
We do not and
can not guarantee that information contributed here is correct or will work for all (or any) installation scenarios
. Be sure to use caution and do your research carefully before you take on any aftermarket modification of your motorcycle. When in doubt, it's always a good idea to
turn to a qualified
Royal Enfield Dealer
for help.
If you need to discuss any particular store or catalog transaction with us, it's not a good idea to do that here. Please
contact us directly
and we can communicate with you privately by phone or email to answer questions, provide details, or resolve issues.
That's it for now!
Thanks to everyone for your interest in Royal Enfield parts and accessories and your participation our efforts to improve them!
