Windshield Pics
« on: June 11, 2008, 01:57:48 AM »
I really want to get a windshield for my Bullet, but it's difficult to decide without seeing what they look like on the bike.  I'd love for the store to be updated with photos of the different winshields on an RE.

Hi Ahiman,

Welcome to our forum and thanks for your feedback! I completely agree about fitted product photos. I'm working on updating quite a few photos in the new online store to better showcase the product on the bikes.

We're going at it a little slow, since this is a pretty busy time of the year for our tech guys (they do the installations for our on-bike photos) but I'm happy to say that I think you can look forward to seeing some better images there in the near future.  :)

I'll tell you what I found out bout the windsheilds: The littlest one of the three looks the coolest, but the biggest one works the best. I have both.

You know, I think that's the exact consensus our tech guys had as they tried them out and rode them around. Naturally, we had to offer them both!  ;)

And yet maybe another option? How about a Dart Flyscreen? I've been pondering the purchase of one, then fabricating handlebar mounting brackets... Just a thought.

I put the largest windscreen on my Classic ES 500. Looks good/works well. Good place to mount my compass!
