Participated in a little group ride today...
« on: April 12, 2014, 05:16:35 PM »
I was asked to roll out with a couple of local LE MCs.  They were having a big charity event and 5k run/walk/ruck to benefit the families of fallen law enforcement officers.

I have to say, my RE got LOTS of attention, all positive, had a couple of guys sure they wanted to go buy one when I told them the OTD price on the new ones (if they do, Scoot Over Tucson should kick me a bird-dog).  They loved seeing me kick start it and hearing the 'Thump', I couldn't believe that not a single other bike there had a kicker...

Here's some pics of my humble bike in the middle of all the others, none smaller than 100ci!  :o  I barely kept up with them even though we were on surface streets. It was fun and for a great cause.   8)

This one belongs to a friend of mine, the custom paint is INSANE:
