"Royal Enfield motorcycles are currently exported to 54 countries, with the U.S. presently the largest foreign customer, with 3,500 bikes sold in 2012."
If this is true there has been a massive increase in sales since the UCE came out! Should have CMW jumping up and down with glee! Congratulations, Kevin!
Or maybe keeled over from overworking!

Maybe 3500 worldwide exports. Certainly not to the US. Thanks for the article.

Found this info in another article:

"Exports remain limited, although they are growing, and Lal is ambitious about scaling up. Last year, Royal Enfield exported 3,500 motorcycles. Six hundred of those went to America, its biggest overseas market."

"Royal Enfield motorcycles are currently exported to 54 countries, with the U.S. presently the largest foreign customer, with 3,500 bikes sold in 2012."

This is ambiguously worded, for sure!!!
