New NField Gear store updates
« on: June 30, 2014, 09:57:41 PM »
I am carving out my little niche of the forum to have a place to post any new products in the NField gear store or updates to existing product.

First up is a new C5 pillion carrier I've added to the website in both chrome and in black.  It's a very straight forward install and will add some rugged good looks (plus extra carrying capacity!) to your C5 Bullet.

Check it out when you get a chance:

Grab yours while they are still in stock!

Don't forget to "like" NField Gear on facebook.

You can PM me with a pic of your sweet machine with a list of all the mods you've done and any accessories from NField Gear you've installed and I'll be sure to share it on the NField Gear facebook page for you.

Alright, let's add some more cool bits!

First we've got a very high quality set of bar end mirrors that are specifically designed to bolt right into a Bullet that already has the stock bar-end weights.

They also come with expansion nuts to adapt them to fit any open ended 7/8" or 1" handlebar.  They do not fit the stock clip on handlebars on the Continental GT but those folks already have the Genuine Royal Enfield premium mirrors they can purchase at their local dealer.

I'll try to get the black ones mounted and pictured on the site by the end of today.

Following that, how about a budget friendly sports exhaust for all EFI Bullets?

Yep, we've got that:

I personally mounted this yesterday and it was extremely easy to bolt up.  Just follow the installation tips and it should be pretty straightforward.

And finally a new dark brown handmade leather tool roll to add a bit of  extra carrying capacity and rugged good looks to your sweet bird:

These are extremely heavy duty and sure to look the business whether you decide to maintain the leather to keep it's fresh appearance or let it get broken in and weathered from all that riding you are doing.

Again, like NField gear on facebook to stay abreast of all the new bits along with pics and ideas of ways to customize your Enfield.

More to come!

Also on today's new parts menu is a canvas heavy duty fork bag.

Available immediately in olive drab or black. Will look great on any bullet, but especially fine on Battle Green or Desert Storm C5 Military.

Grab yours while you can!

New in the store is a set of "Made Like a Gun" canvas panniers for your Enfield.

They look great on this low profile C5 with the black bar-end mirrors we just added yesterday!

More black engine guards available!

The Airfly is one of our most popular engine guards thanks to the mega protection it provides.  Now in black!

We've got huge news here at NField Gear:

We are now able to supply power commander V's pre-mapped for your specs.

UCE riders can either order one with an improved map for the stock factory components or one for those running any after market exhaust and air filter combination.

Continental GT riders can order one with an improved map for the stock factory components, one for those running an after market air filter with a stock exhaust or for an aftermarket air filter and exhaust combination.

For those of you who may not be aware of what a power commander is, think of it like you would a standard carburetor.  When you modify any intake or exhaust components to anything outside of how your bike is supplied, you would need to re-jet and possibly alter the timing.

Unfortunately this is not possible with fuel injection so that's where the power commander comes into play.  Ours are now pre-mapped so all you have to do is order the right one and plug it in.  The directions are incredibly clear and easy to follow.  It plugs into your existing harness so no need to butcher your stock harness. No need to spend all weekend swapping jets or needles and dialing in your mix, just plug it in and go.

Certainly the Enfield has shown flexibility when adapting to aftermarket modifications but that said, adding a power commander will optimize the bikes performance and efficiency.

The Power Commander is the industry standard for anyone who modifies a fuel injected motorcycle.  If you modify your intake or exhaust on  Yamaha R1 or a Harley Softail, you install a power commander to compensate for that change.  The same should be said for your Enfield.

Not the most exciting update in the world, but a needed part just the same:

http://nfieldgear.com/enfield-store/exhaust-pipe-reducer-1-3-4-1-3-8.html

If you are mounting a larger silencer or an up-sweep adapter, you'll need to order one of these to fit it.

Added some nice pictures of the black megaphone silencer all mounted up.

Creates a really great look overall that I really dig.  It has a real vintage flat track feel to it.

Just added a black Diamond Engine Guard.  The Diamond Engine Guard is the sleekest of all the one-piece engine guards that we sell and looks especially good when paired with our other black accessories.
