Hi" I found the numbers VAX 60139, will that tell me when it was made?
Thank's Katie.

You are a winner!!!! With that # I would guess that it is a 1960 and the 139th bike built out of a total of 211. A VERY RARE bike. Don't get taken by someone who wants it for nothing. I would keep it and congrats to you.    Hutch
You learn from your mistakes, and I have LEARNED a lot.
