HELP! something is missing from the order in my box

well, recently i bought the 3 poster pack and a vintage print (wow, it's awesome) along with the REA membership. it wasn't in the same box as the 3 poster pack. does it come separately in a different box, or was it supposed to come in the box with the posters?
