To me the biggest weakness is the product images. the Navigation works %50 of the time (zooming etc). the images seem to small and when you are actually able to get them to expand they are to pixilated to see. With most of the accessories, looks are almost everything so it would be nice to be able to get a good quality image of what the products are. It would make it easier to imagine what it will look like on my bullet.

You are correct, the images do suck on average. They were fine in the old store, but the new one we put up fairly recently with the enlarge feature is a problem. It requires us to shoot a lot of new pictures, which we will when it slows down a bit this winter
