chain gang

I want to keep a spare masterlink in my toolkit, does anyone know the chain size ?

But not all master links are the same so you need one made by the same company as the chain.

 :o  ah haa,, mine is the oem original. I have traveled around the chain, and unless I am blind, I cannot see a link.   (mama told me it would make me blind !)

Dont keep it in the toolkit, to small and easily lost, keep it on your keyring.
Thats where most of us old brit bikers keep theirs.

     Old dirt riders would clip a spare master link to the clutch cable. It would ride on the cable near the case the cable enters.

Obviously you don't have a sophisticated toolkit like mine, it carries points, a file, nuts, bolts,  condoms, pizza, and a few tools ::)

After enough time riding an Enfield, condoms are no longer necessary.
