C5 vs G5
« on: January 13, 2009, 11:29:12 PM »
This may have been answered elsewhere (I haven't been on the board too much lately).

I just read the newsletter: what is the diff bet the c5 and g5?

Is the G5 the version that was released in Europe last year with the UCE engine in the Electra frame and the C5 is the whole new bike?

Is the engine in the G5 EFI?

Banker, the Qs & As go as follows:

"Is the G5 the version that was released in Europe last year with the UCE engine in the Electra frame?"  Correct.

"... and the C5 is the whole new bike?"  Correct.

"Is the engine in the G5 EFI?"   Correct.

DAMN STRAIGHT

Although right now as we dig out from snow storm # 2 in the past week and prepare for high temps in the -3F range tomorrow, I am missing summer even more.

Phil, I agree... especially, against the pink background of the QUOTE function!  And, to boot, I am not as colorful as, say, our colleague Clamp!  So, why did I make such a colorful posting?  I must be looking for therapeutic tasks in my retirement.

P.S. I solemnly swear that I will not use those colors, today!   :D
