A 20w50 oil blend with Ricin
« on: January 21, 2009, 04:37:26 AM »
I know Elfmoto makes a 10w40 blend with Ricin for the old castor oil smell.

Does anyone know of a 20w50 blend like this?

Ricin is very poisonous.  WWI pilots would sometimes suffer from inhaling it.  They usually didn't live long enough (for other obvious reasons) to determine long term effects.

I don't know why they would even sell it.  It's a gimmick pitch.

A four stroke engine probably wouldn't burn enough anyway to notice the smell.  :o

I wouldnt mix stuff in my oil risking the engine for someone else to have a sniff,--if many people cared.

     Yes a 4 stroke would'nt burn enough.

Mix the engine oil with old Indian resteraunt cooking oil then you will smell like curried  vindaloo.
