I Would Like to See More Merchandise Available Online

There have been several times that I knew the part number of what I
wanted, however it was not in the R.E. store database.  Currently it appears that
there is no way to purchase an item on-line, even though I have the correct
part number, if your part search doesn't return any results. 

It is not a problem to call and order, and I always appreciate the customer service that
I get, but it is a nice convenience to be able to order merchandise on-line.

We have resisted putting many OEM (factory original) parts on-line. The reason is that the parts numbering system is not straightforward. There are tons of undocumented parts changes and we think we have a better chance of getting you the correct parts by talking to you in person. We understand the convenience of on-line ordering but think we can serve you better on the phone for these parts.
