For those not familiar with converting kw to hp, or Nm to foot pounds, it comes out to about
27.5hp
30.2 foot pounds
at the crank, for the UCE as shown.

The normal de-rating of power for losses in the drive train is 15%. It's an approximation because each design is different, and each bike is even different because of minor production variations and tolerances.
But, that's the "rule of thumb" for approximation.

For the UCE, using the "15% rule of thumb" would come out to
23.375 hp at the rear wheel, in stock form.
