I'd say since they are already in the USA, that those are bikes being loaded onto a truck to leave the port and head on their way!

Oh Boy oh Boy - OK here are a couple of clues;
Are any of the guys in the picture Indian?
Is one named Scooter Bob or Mickhail?
Whose fat assed belly is that in the blue denim shirt?
