G5 tank on C5

I love the look of the C5, but feel that the black bike would look SO much better with the black and chrome tank as seen on the G5 Deluxe.
 Would it be easy to change the tank, or even special order a black C5 with the G5 DL tank?
  I'm assuming the fuel pump etc are the same and interchangeable?

I’m sure you could change the tank for a chrome one – I think the C5 tanks are the same design (certainly the same capacity) as the G5 !

I don’t think a chrome tank would look that great on the C5 - maybe look best on the black version but not on the others.

Perhaps Kevin could answer this one?  I'm interested how much the G5 tank would cost and whether it could be offset at all by ordering a c5 with the Deluxe tank?  That would, after all free up a stock c5 tank as inventory?
