No, it's not about Johnny Cash... I saw this picture in Yahoo news of a Jammu and Kashmir policeman jumping a Bullet through a ring of fire as part of Indian Independence Day.

No, that's not a jump through a ring of fire. It's just a blow back through the carb after the dude over enrichened the motor at start-up. That black circle is his carb rubber stretched way out. It would snap back right away though, and the machine would start normally on the next kick.
His sprag clutch won't be that good if he used the button on the first go.
