I'm 61 and remember the long lost days of the British motorcycles being king.. and the freedom my first bike gave  me.

My son Paul is 25...

Hi

54 last june, mainly old british twins, Ariel & triumph, they were so cheap in those days. Later japanese rockets. Suzuki Cobra, Kawa Mach III, ah the memories, the older we get the better the bikes were.

49 at the end of the month.  Had a Triumph Bonnie '71.  A Beezer Victor.  Norton 850 Commando converted to a hill climber.

Still haven't grown up yet however.  Will.

62.  My first motorized 2 wheeler was a Sears (Vespa) scooter- 1963.  My first real bike was a 63 or 64 Triumph Tiger.  God, I wish I still had that.

53 here and my 08 Bullet AVL Classic is my first and only bike.  In fact I only took the MSF course just under 13 months ago.  I need to check, I think my ride is about to go out of Warranty.

I'll be 46 in December...when I was a kid,BSA,Triumph, and Norton were the coolest (and fastest) bikes going...we'd go to the bike shops on Saturday morning, and we'd visit them in order of "cool factor"...Honda (my mom had a Dream),Suzuki/Kawasaki...then across town to the BMW/MotoGuzzi guys, then the Brit bike store, for the Triumphs and Nortons...the floor was hardwood, and the place always smelled like leather, rubber, oil and gasoline...mmmmmmmm...we saved the HD dealer for last,'cos they were too expensive to do anything but look at them, and my old man always said Harleys were for geezers and white trash...didn't stop him from buying a new 1973 Sprint 350 SS (eventually my first bike)...those were the days...
