Mattsz the pads are coming from India. God only knows how long it will take for them to get to the USA. As soon as they are fabricated and mounted I will post pics.

Resurfaced my pressure plate and ordered new steel and friction plates from Mr. H's.  Also ordered up a 21 tooth sprocket.  Between the new clutch parts and the 21 tooth sprocket, I should be able to run a descent 1/4 mile now and hopefully hit The Ton!

It's nice having the right tool for the job!  I used a 18" wide table belt sander.  Don't worry about the surface not being true, the table surface is actually a sheet of glass, as we use it to true Subaru engine heads for our engine rebuilds and head gasket replacements.  I still had to work it for a while to get ALL the grooves out of there,  I think I spent a total of 15-20 minutes sanding on it.  But it looks just as good as if I paid someone $45 to resurface it for me.    ;)

Carefully re-installed the factory smoke in my ignition and headlight wires.

Is it just me, or is "... am in tune with the ancient line of moto." the greatest translation ever?

"in tune with the ancient line of moto".  I'd like to see it on the back of a new Royal Enfield Tshirt.  Your bike  is bella caricabasso!

I still apologize for the translation because my English is very imperfect: I meant that the accessories are in harmony with the old style of the bike.In any case I feel in tune with the style of the bike; I think the Royal Enfield is a philosophy of life of bygone days that should be followed.(I hope that the translation is understandable! )

Don't apologize.  We all knew what you meant and we are happy to have you here.  We're used to clumsy translations, we read the RE manuals!  And I for one think they have more character.
