looks like stock but about 1/2" thicker and with better stitching/seems and better material.

Okay then....  Source and part number?  I've had the Devil's own time trying to fit a Lycett to my C5. After two attempts with to different saddles, I surrender.

Went to the annual Battle of the Brit's Sunday at Camp Dearborn in Milford MI.

Ooo!  If I'm home in September next year, I'm going!  That's not even an hour away....  Well...  Maybe on the C5 it is.

Went for a ride last night and my electrical failed again.  :(  Luckily I was just cruising town and made it home.  It's either 1 of 2 things.  1 - I accidently pulled a wire loose on the alternator itself trying to finagle it off of the mounting studs so I could retrieve my cable ferrule.  or 2 -  The electrical system doesn't like doing 125mph.    ;D  Either way, the alternator is completely dead, so not sure if the regulator is working or not, but maybe the Sparx did fail because I charged the battery last night and I'm only getting .3V on the input wires of the Sparx.  Not sure if that indicates anything or not.    ???

125 mph... On drums.. Sounds terrifying ! How does your beast handle those sort of speeds ? Doesn't seem like natural Enfield territory to me , I often run my g5 out to max  and its stable but 125 mph Is like about 200 k ? Inconceivable .

Well, when Enfield built those 700 twins they were one of the fastest bikes of their time.  I could go even faster if I wasn't at 5400' altitude.  :D

no part number, I took my seat to trendsetters in Katy, Texas ph#281-371-2033.... had them rip apart the seat, lay a gel pad over the oe foam and recover with a stiffer vinyl and also fill in any gaps left by the gel pad with foam. they did great work with the stitching if you ask me.

My Smith's speedometer is a big fat liar!    >:(

I went for a short ride with the GPS turned on so I could see just how fast I'm going with the speedo buried at 125mph.....  It's only 91mph!  So, I didn't hit the ton,    :(  but I did improve my all-time best.  So that's cool I guess.  I need to put some taller gears and that bad boy.
