Where are you guys sending your emails to? We are open 9-5 central time to answer any questions you may have. Our system automatically sends out tracking (if shipped UPS) and back order emails. If you are not getting them we either have the wrong email address on your account, or there is a problem on your end.Ordering from a dealer is a second option.
Bzzz, nope..I did not get a shipping notice (was usps) from my last order..Got most of my orders but the cams were on back order but did not get an email about the back order.. Sent an email asking about the cams 2 days ago to: customerservice@enfieldmotorcycles.comNo reply as of yet.I love you guys, but you might have email issues. Not too worried bout the cams as I won't need em til June at the earliest.
