Description: I met this guy on my morning ride...he bought this 1957 Triumph 500 twin Military Courier's model back in  1971,when he got out of the US ARMY...being sick of Olive Drab,he naturally painted it Black! Pretty Slick,eh?I thought that you RE Military Model owners would like this one...Bullethead63~

Is it a flat head? I don't recall a vertical twin flattie from Triumph. Nice scoot.

Yeah...it's a shame he doesn't ride it much anymore...it gets trailered from event to event...we're going to park our bikes next to each other at the March "First Friday" street fair/car show...right between the MG's and Jaguars...maybe the local Triumph guy will bring his pair of over-restored '60's Bonnevilles...one Blue,one Burgundy...I swear,they both look better than show-room new...

Cool,,, its amazing when you find out what people have socked away..  My neighbor down the street has an old Bridgestone 2 stroke  sitting in his garage..  Been there over 20 years under a pile of stuff...
