Butterflied Engine mounts

Description: I did not like the large black rectangle the engine mounts made at the front of the motor and when I saw how nice Sam's looked on his Scrambler project I decided to cut and drill mine this evening. I left a little more than he did as I wanted the end of the down tube left covered...

Well done,RGT. It really makes a dramatic difference in the appearance  for the effort involved. If you choose for the metal
finish,that's easily done with a vibratory sander , 60 grit paper and a finish clear coat....
