I worry about giving up visibility by going to tiny rear lights, I had planned on recessing the tail light more but decided I did not want to shroud it, again for night time visibility. I am not sure if they offer a smaller plate here, again having that big reflective surface back there makes the bike pretty visible at night....

Honestly, I think it'll look better with a smaller number plate, smaller tail light, tiny indicators and at the least a shorter and slimmer seat without the grab bar. If you go for a shorter and slimmer seat (say, half the current thickness) you'll achieve emphasis on the bike's length with that modded fender and it will be balanced with that short exhaust. But, that is just my opinion.
