John,all I did was swap silencers...no tinkering with the carb...she runs GREAT,and is a real head turner! Thanks for the compliments,Bullethead63/Matt Law~

Hey, nice color and general "look".  The muffler does make a difference, doesn't it?  Did you have to re-jet and tinker much since you also have a different air cleaner?  Really like this bike, John

...got in about an hour of riding today,and this BSA type exhaust is a real attention getter!And I notice that she has MUCH more get-up-and-go than with that previous,more restrictive,Sportster silencer...yee hah!!!
