Then you drill the engine ase with the proper size drill, and tap it with a 1/4" pipe thread. Then install the 1/4" pipe threaded fitting of your choice, using thread sealer on the threads when you screw it in. Reassemble the engine cases, put it back in the frame, and finish putting it all back together.
