Description: Originally a sixty-five, now a bit of everything. Engine has a Hitchcocks long stroke crank, Ace Magnum cams, Ace piston, Hitchcocks big head. Carburation is in limbo because of clearence issues it currently has an amal 32mm mk1.

I have found that 2 x 2mm plates and 3 base gaskets, (sandwich gasket, plate, gasket, plate, gasket), gives me a good balance and means I can avoid detonation.
I should add I live at sea level, and use fuel enhancers.

Hello,
        by the way did  you use COMPRESSION PLATE 2mm or 3mm.
Because, i am going for it but without big head ..

The rigid rear end and mudguard are from Hitchcock's kit. I have extended the mudguard with a section from an original rigid bullet. It handels and drives wonderfully.

Thanks, the thing I love about these bikes is that they are all different, and that parts from pre war models still fit.
