New tires - Shinko SR241 DOT Trials pattern

Description: I needed new tires and wanted something that did unpaved surfaces better.  I also like the old block tread trials universal pattern.  Shinko makes these in 3.50 x 19, which required me to bend the fender stays a little up front to prevent rubbing.
