No relay, just a seperate fuse holder as they don't draw that much current.  They are hellishly loud and startle (read: make them crap themselves) other drivers if I think they aren't paying attention to me.  I will snap a pic of the bracket this evening... nothing special about it really.

I'd like to know more about those big red horns.  Did you use a relay?  Any chance of getting some close ups of the bracket.
