Had to cut down the front frame seat mount, and weld up custom front and rear side brackets to mount it. Also had to cut an oval hole in the top of the fender where the seat pan hit. (could have dimpled the fender but for the thought of bashing with a hammer vs. careful cutting) No modifications to the seat itself. Not a simple bolt-on, but not overly complex if one has access to a welder and basic tools.
